CURRENT NEWS:

(Mar) Road Construction Concerns?

Do you have questions regarding the construction taking place at the intersection of Sunrise and Kolb?  If so, Tuesday, March 17th is the day you can get answers.  Mr. Jim Schoen from Pima County has been gracious enough to offer his time to answer some of your questions.  He will be in the clubhouse on the 17th of March at 5:00 pm to answer any questions you may have.  This is an excellent opportunity to lay any concerns you may have to rest.

As a reminder, immediately following at 6:00 pm there will be an HOA meeting.  Snacks and refreshments provided.  See you Tuesday!

(Mar)  Pool/Clubhouse Security

As many of you may be aware, your HOA has been looking at ways to increase the security of our pool and clubhouse areas.  It was agreed during a recent HOA meeting that we would change the locks from keys to cards.  Well, this change is coming quickly.

At the upcoming board meeting on March 17th, your Board of Directors are going to vote on a bid and begin the process of upgrading our locks.  A procedure will be initiated to ensure all eligible owners receive their electronic key cards.  If you are a renter, please inform your rental company of the changes to allow them to coordinate with owners in order to make the transition seamless for you.

A lot of hard work by the volunteers on the pool, clubhouse, and security committee's went into this decision.  Thank you volunteers.  The procedures for this change will be distributed at a later date, but feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

(Mar)  Water shut-off update

As of 9 March, work to the backflow valves have been completed and water is back on.  These repairs were much needed and your patience during these repairs was greatly appreciated.  We hope word got out in a timely and effective manner and that no one was caught by surprise.  If you have feedback, please utilize the contact us section and let us know how we did.  Thanks.

(Mar)  The trees are coming

Some of you may have noticed several holes dug around the complex.  These holes have been dug in preparation for the planting of trees.  The trees should be planted on the 10th or 11th of March.  Until then, cones have been placed in the higher traffic areas.  Please be careful when walking the compound, particularly during darkness.  Use the walkways, and you will have no problems.

(Feb) Chaise Lounges

As springtime approaches, many of you will take advantage of the weather and begin to get some color back in your skin by enjoying our pool area.  What you will probably notice is that our chaise lounges have been recovered.

During the winter months, your HOA has been working towards getting the pool furniture recovered.  We are almost done, but there are still some pieces remaining to be done.  If you see chairs without cushions, this is the reason.

While it is nice to have new covering on our cushions, we would like to keep them nice for as long as possible.  We ask that you please use towels when laying on the lounges.  This will prevent pool water and sun tan lotion from slowly deteriorating these new cushions.

Thank you for your courtesy, and enjoy the new lounges (and warmer weather).

Thank you from your Board of Directors

ARE WE LETTING THE BUSHES GO?

Yes we are!

Upon many residents request we have instructed N.W. Landscaping to ease the trimming of the bushes in order to make them look a bit more natural. Of course all walkways will be cleared and if you see any overgrown brush, let us know.
