The wash is an ongoing issue.  See HOA Board minutes for status updates. 

January:

*What's up with the East Wash?? 

   Our hands are tied by the Corps of Engineers.  They regulate what we can plant in the wash and how we can dredge the sand build up.  Ongoing talks are in process to try to resolve the issues we are having with the wash. 

*The pool renovation has been completed.  It looks wonderful!  Thank you to the pool committee for working VERY hard on this project.

*Do you use your fireplace or the charcoal grills?  Please be sure all wood and coals are thoroughly extinguished before putting them in the trash bins.  
 

Pinnacle Canyon receives landscaping award.

On November the 22nd, 2008 the Arizona Landscape Contractors Association awarded  Northwest Landscaping the first prize for its work with Pinnacle Canyon.

The recycling program works really well! Thanks to all of you for recycling. We decided to add one more green recycling container for your convenience. As a reminder, no plastic bags are allowed for recycling. Here is the YES/NO list:

Did you know you the Association allows residence to have up to four potted plants placed in the immediate vicinity of your front entrance.  Cacti are a low maintenance way to add green to your living areas while maintaining the native landscape feel of our community.
