Homeowners:  Please click on the above logo to download a copy of the Associations Certificate of Insurance. 

The COI is NOT personal home insurance.  Every owner is responsible for obtaining their own HO-6 insurance policy on their unit.  Please speak with your personal insurance representative for details. 

Pinnacle Canyon HOA is NOT responsible for the interior of your unit, patio, water heater or limited common elements per the CCR's.

Forms:

**All forms should be sent to Lewis Mgt,  the forms will then be forwarded to the appropriate committees.**

1.  Architecture Changes:

Permission must be obtained from the Architecture Committee for any visible changes to your unit including but not limited to, a satellite dish, window coverings and door hardware.  Refer to the Policy below for acceptable changes.  Fill out the Form below and send to Lewis Mgt.

2. Landscape Changes:

If you would like to purchase some plants to place around your unit, please fill out the form below.  All plants must be installed by our Landscaping Crew;  this will prevent any inadvertant damage to irrigation lines.

3.  Clubhouse Rental:

If a resident would like to rent the clubhouse submit this form:

4. All resident owners (including part time) should have this form on file with Lewis Mgt:

5. If you rent out your unit this form needs to be filed with Lewis Mgt for every rental:

• Declaration of Lease/Rental Roster
• Lease Requirements/30 Day Minimum Rental Policy

When Pinnacle Canyon became a Condominium Community, "rules to live by" were written by the developer.  All communities with an HOA have rules.  It is every owners responsibility to read, understand and follow these rules.  Not everyone will be happy with every rule, but, when we bought into a condo community we had to also buy into the "rules".......So sit back, take a moment or two and start reading!   If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask a HOA Board member or Lewis Management.
